Event Description:
On February 16, in partnership with The Coalition to Combat Human Trafficking-Texas and AC Jones High School Cosmetology Program, The Coffee Barrel will be screening a free a educational video in the back patio called BE THE ONE. This video is part of the Coffee Barrel’s educational social mission, and it documents the learning experiences of trafficked victims in Texas, along with those who helped lead to victim rescues. Following the video will be an expert panel with Q & A. A coffee bar will be set up as well. The free event is open to the entire community, and any donations will be used for future trainings and educational seminars to combat human trafficking.
