With an impressive 36-year tenure as a Subway franchisee, with 6 owned locations and 3 of them being here in Beeville. Robin Eeds-Cano has established herself as a cornerstone of the Subway community and owes this to her father Jimmy Eeds who started the business and her mother Rosemary who is her partner. Her extensive experience is marked by a remarkable 30 years on the Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust board (SFAFT), where she played a pivotal role in shaping local advertising and promotional strategies that drive franchisee success.

As a Subway Field Consultant for a decade, Robin dedicated herself to empowering fellow franchisees to reach their full potential. Her expertise in operational standards, sales strategies, and profitability has been instrumental in guiding numerous fellow franchisees through the complexities of running a successful business. Robin’s commitment to excellence is evident in her hands – on approach, conducting monthly evaluations, providing tailored training, and assisting in new store openings and transitions.

Recognized for her ability to identify areas for improvement, Robin has consistently ranked store performance to develop actionable plans that enhance operational efficiency. Her deep understanding of Subway’s policies and procedure while fostering a culture of growth and innovation. Robin always say it takes a great team to run a business and those by her side are Elsa Cano manager-Beeville (36 years), Clarissa Hernandez manager-Beeville (20 years), Melissa Montoya manager-Beeville (15 years), Maggie Duran manager-Port Lavaca (23 years), Belia Soto manager-Mathis (23 years), John Nylund manager-Port Lavaca (7 years), and Edrea Smejkal general manager (17 years) without them success would not have been easy. 

Robin is not just a franchisee; she is a leader and dedicated to the success of her peers and the Subway brand. She enjoys time with her husband Juan and daughter Olivia. Robin loves Beeville and supporting our schools, and community.
